More about Kleine Rijke
When to visit Kleine Rijke
They can visit Kleine Rijke Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 5 pm and then Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. They used to have an online booking system, but have changed that now to a first come, first serve basis. Luckily the restaurant and outside area are big enough to accommodate many people.
More about the Menu
This pet-friendly restaurant has a selection of cakes and coffee. And while you are waiting for your order, you can take in the peaceful scenery under the big trees or admire the architecture inside.
You can also take a blanket if you prefer a ‘picnic vibe’ while looking at the Hartbeespoort Dam in the distance.
They also have a couple of options for hot and cold beverages available.
Kleine Rijke Hike
There is also a 5km walk to the dam, which is a free activity to do on the farm. The path is super easy to follow and your furry friends can also join on this hike!
